The purpose of this letter is two fold.  The first is to recommend Mr. Bruce Waller to take care of any moving issues.  He is an honest and kind man who really wants to help.  The second is to warn anyone to be careful of any mover that keeps dropping his price to get the job.  I had a very, very bad experience with my recent move.  I went against my "gut feeling" and used a"cheaper" mover to save money.  My move was a complete nightmare with tremendous damage and loss to my belongings.  I urge anyone contemplating a move to use Bruce Waller and United to move their belongings.  Any future moves I may have will only be with them. When you think you are saving money it may end up costing you much more.

All in all I was very pleased with my moving experience.  In particular, the packers in Dallas were phenomenal.  They were SO fast and did such a great job.  Everything was packed meticulously and I had no damage whatsoever. The movers in Dallas were very quick and very organized.  My experience in Nashville was just as good.

I appreciated the time and care you took going through my belongings and how accurate and fair your quote was.  I will recommend you in future.

we cannot fully express OUR  APPRECIATION and THANKS for the TREMENDOUS EFFORTS of vidal's crew (mateo, fermin, Gustavo) for the storage move, and for the apartment move.  the manner in which they transported all our belongings was truly amazing!!  here are some points we would like to point out:

1.  the crew had to bring in a long dresser drawer into the master bedroom, but in doing so, they had to pass thru a narrow hallway.  bruce, we were simply dumbfounded at what they did.  it was PURE GENIUS!!!  the dresser ended up right smack where we wanted it and NO SCRATCHES/DIRT/SOILED areas were detected.   

2.  each of our belongings were carefully and METICULOUSLY wrapped and protected--something that wasn't done by our former mover. 

3.  the crew just moved and worked together efficiently.  the front door, banister, flooring--everything was just protected.  nothing was soiled/scratched at all!!!  PURE PROFESSIONALISM!

TRULY TRAINED PEOPLE! 

4.  the whole time the crew was moving/transporting our things, at no time did we feel that they were tired, cranky, or in need of a break.  as a matter of fact, we were the ones encouraging them to take breaks!  we are just impressed by this attitude they showed us.  they were all smiles, courteous, and polite from the first second they greeted us all the way till they left.

5.  the crew was very considerate with regard to where we wanted each and every furniture placed.  they wanted us to check each and every item that they put together and they made sure everything was in its place (based on our preferences).   

6.  they were quick.  they were not dilly-dallying and wasting time. 

7.  they looked very clean and neat from the time they arrived till the time they finished.

8.  on our apartment day move, it was raining; however, they left our home SPOTLESS!  can it get better that that?!?!  we don't think so!  :)

9.  they cleaned up all their packing materials and even asked if we needed to dispose of any of our damaged boxes.

you all impressed us.  bruce, we feel everyone went beyond what was expected.  we DID NOT expect such a pain-free, stress-free move.  had we known it was gonna be THIS GREAT with you, we wouldn't have even talked to other moving companies.

armstrong relocation is very fortunate to have someone like you represent them out there in the field.  you are one sincere person and everything you said during our interview was ALL TRUE. you didn't give us any false expectations and i felt that you truly cared about making moves as stress-free as possible for all your clients. in the same light, we would also like to say thanks to brandon who called us first thing in the morning to check on how the movers are doing and if things were progressing very well.  it was truly a BIG COMFORT to know that there is ACTUALLY a moving coordinator who does what he's supposed to do on moving day--that is, to coordinate a move.  as you already know, we had a GHOST move coordinator back in june 2005.

we hope we don't have to move anymore, or at least, not in the very near future, but be assured that if there is any chance of relocating once more, we would only call ARMSTRONG RELOCATION!
